CALENDLY & ZOOM

We use the platforms Calendly and Zoom to schedule and run online coaching sessions. When you book your session through Calendly an automatic zoom link will be generated and included in the email confirmation that you will receive from Calendly.

DO WE DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE PARTIES?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential and provided the correct GDPR contractual arrangements are in force such as data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses.

We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Any financial or payment related information you provide on our website when you subscribe are provided directly to our payment processing third party partner and are not stored or processed by us. This third party have secure GDPR measures in place to ensure your data is safe.

TRANSFERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK OR EU

Any transfers of your personal data to legal entities situated outside of the UK or EU will only be done so where valid standard contractual clauses are in place as a valid transfer method offering equivalent protect as GDPR.
